Exalead Continues International Expansion

Company Opens Benelux Office To Meet Growing Demand For Alternative Search Solutions

Exalead, a global leader of enterprise search software for business and the web, further establishes its position at the forefront of Enterprise Search by opening its sixth European sales office, in Benelux. This new subsidiary, based just outside of Amsterdam, is in response to increasing customer demand for Exalead's alternative Enterprise Search solutions.

With offices in the UK, France, Italy, Germany and Spain, the Benelux division aims to establish and develop Exalead's commitment to offering simple and intuitive information search for businesses worldwide. The new office will be headed up by the newly appointed Managing Director, Johan Van Klinken, who is responsible for the development and management of Exalead's overall business, sales and marketing strategy in the region. With over 15 years experience in the IT sector for companies such as KPN and IBM, he brings with him a wealth of industry expertise.

Exalead's Benelux team also comprises Jochem Prins who is responsible for Pre-Sales and Anjo J.L. Koers as appointed Sales Manager. Jochem Prins is founder of www.vertalen.nu, one of The Netherlands' leading translation dictionaries. He has also worked in search engine marketing for various Dutch companies, including Scarlet, Oxxio and AdPepper. Anjo J.L. Koers, also founder of a number of Benelux companies such as Arbor Software, MicroStrategy and Mercator, boasts 16 years sales and management experience in the software sector.
