The World Wide Web Conference is a yearly international conference on the topic of the future direction of the World Wide Web. Dassault Systèmes will enhance its search based application, Exalead, and social commmunity based solution, 3DSWYM, in order to get the competency in the PLM market. "In terms of Exalead, BI function will be added in order to offer businesses to manage product information easily" YoungBin Cho added "One of the domestic manufacturers is actually considering the adoption of Exalead."

The current trend is to include both internal and external information in searches, so there is a growing body of linked data available. People want to know everything about what is going on both inside and outside the enterprise.[…]"

As users increasingly access services via devices powered by the likes of iOS and Android, to name just the two most prominent platforms, Web technologies begin to lose their importance, and the Web itself to lose its universal character.[...]"
